EHS’s CEO, Mike Lee, is the President of Clean Energy Diversified Partners, LLC, a developer of green and renewable energy projects throughout New York State, including solar, wind, battery storage, fuel cell, and biogas.
With 30 years in the environmental consulting industry, Mike is experienced in project management of complex, multidisciplinary assignments. The first 20 of those years was spent with instrumental involvement in nearly every major New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) capital project (over $15 billion in construction value), since the impact of Superstorm Sandy. Mr. Lee has been primarily involved in the planning and design of many of the major resiliency funded projects by HUD and FEMA in the region. He provides the expertise and proven know-how of strategic planning for stakeholder involvement and compliance with federal, state and local regulations. He combines his engineering background with years of planning and organizational skills to perceive and implement coordination measures, solicit input and decision making from appropriate parties to ensure meeting project deadlines.
As our CEO, he is focused on the commercialization of the suite of disruptive green hydrogen technologies produced by Evolve Hydrogen Inc. and Hydrogen Horizons, LTD.

Spencer Teplin, President & Chairperson of the Board of Directors of EHS, Co-Founder of EHI (Evolve Hydrogen Inc), manages EHI’s daily operations.
Formerly the Scientific Facility Manager at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory for over 25 years, his experience translated well to EHI. Spencer’s duties at EHI Inc include creating content for promotional materials and business documents, EHI’s offshore wind marketplace expert, coordinating research activities and funding, accounting, and HR practices.

A member of Women In Green Hydrogen, Michele honed her wide range of abilities at School of Visual Arts in NY, and School of Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA, earning her BFA from Tufts University. After developing award-winning interactive learning programs for New York energy companies, and cutting edge websites for clients including ABCTV, she taught web development at Hendriks Institute and Baruch College in New York. Expanding her reach into Point of Sale, she developed customer-centric branding and copywriting for Trader Joe’s stores throughout the northeast.
Her ability to forecast trends and see the big picture, while keeping an obsessive eye on detail, guides the brands of Evolve Hydrogen and Evolve Hydrogen Solutions. Her multilingual cross-functional communications skills, including copywriting/editing, are crucial in our documents, grant submissions, presentations, and meetings.
